K'kilk blinked a moment with his double-layered eyelids, nodded. "Yes. Am K'klik." The way that he pronounced his own name was nearly impossible for any human tongue to pronounce, the 'k's being a certain clicking noise, so he then added, "But 'K'kilk'--" he pronounced it "K'click", then took a moment to think of the adjective, speaking to himself in his native clicking tongue. "...good. Or 'K'. K good also." K'klik tilted his head in slight confusion at her smile, thinking about it as he chose a seat, up in the front row, but near the window. He was silent for a moment, then asked, "Teacher Walker, what do?" He looked curiously to the teacher, trying very hard to get his meaning across. "You...you..." He took a moment of frustration, then motioned to his mouth. "You mouth...make...make..." K'klik gave a slight scowling noise, unsure if he could imitate the smile. "Make...up. Up." He pointed to where the corners of her mouth would be on his own unsightly face, lifting the fingers up. "What mean?"
