War could not be fought without supplies and it seemed the fire god Chath had realised this in full, diplomacy and trade were as much weapons of war as spears and swords. A deal was struck with Morgana and the people of Katar set work on building the shrine just as it decreed. For the fishermen worshipping a god of water was an easy thing to understand, the ocean often having such power over men. However the request of Morgana building shrines was new and it remained to be seen how she would take such a change of terms. Plans for a temple were drawn up and Obsidia began construction of the great and mighty building, such a thing would take a great deal of time to finish though. Much like Morgana's great temple it would be finished at a later date.

Still Chath's people built with a ferver that would of even impressed Bellegar if he wasnt intent on destroying them, not only were the foundations laid for the temple but Fort Dagga was secured and reinforced. Not only building high walls but tunnels and underground cellars to provide better shelter for the people there. It was an impressive construction to defend the Fortress City. Not only the buildings though but tribes of Suo-ata were directed around the mountains to act as a screen for Dagga.

The Suo-ata took to this with glee, new open plains opened up to them and they quickly expanded up the mountain range and into the surrounding lands. Claiming new hunting grounds for their savage lizardman tribes. They even had a near miss with the wind goddess tribe, who spotted them and had to flee for the fear of being eaten by the brutes. They were fine though, the nomands were masters of hiding in the terrian they knew so well.

Trade sprang up though down the river, uniting Katar with Dagga as lumber and supplies were traded up and down. Which ment rafts and simple boat constructions for the people, not to mention wood to fuel the forges of war. Metal could not be smelted without sufficant fuel to burn after all and with that fuel the weapons and armour Chath needed to supply Dagga could be made. It was an impressive system that gave his people the edge they needed to survive.

Obsidia's tunnel plans were only done on simple homes for the most part, their people were too busy working on the temples. Acolytes overseeing the construction and directing the work with their keen minds, but the people did begin to understand and evolve their language and writting skills. Glyphs and symbols being the start before it developed into a proper written word. His Acolytes oversaw more than building though as they made an impressive discovery. Rudamentry explosives, a black powder that was both dangerous and powerful and perhaps even a potential weapon. Although this was far from completedly, his people were still experimenting how to use it properly and how to collect the salt "peter" from the desert.

The people rallied to the gods cause although they were confused at his latest orders, worship of other gods had been on pain of death. The instruction to build and worship the wind goddess name was confusing to many of them and many refused. However a shrine was built and some did praise it, giving power to the goddess and entering into some of the peoples hearts. Although many were still not comfortable with the idea of duel worship, fearing death or beliving that Chath was the only true god. A faint social exclusion had begun to form around those who prayed at the shrine as well as Chath's.

More importantly though the Suo-ata had Templar's among them enforcing their belief for the tribal lizards had reverted to an existance of fighting one another and constant death and birth amongst them. Their respect of the fire god was not the same as belief with without the templars presense they could well wander from the path. Still they expanded slowly, their own infighting keeping their numbers under control but even so, they had become a huge force. Skirmishes with ant patrolls were becomming a daily occurance and the whole area was fast become a constant war zone.
