Kouta was not expecting Rin to jump on her. She almost lost her balance, but managed to stay up. "Ahh...Hi..." Rin was joking to Dan, asking him if they could "keep" her. But that was okay on her part, if she were human she would have said the same thing. Kouta blushed as Rin said she always thought foxes were cute. "Thanks...I suppose?" She glanced over at Dan, and she thought she saw a flash of confusion in his eyes, but it quickly went away. Rin backed off a bit, and Kouta smiled back at her.
Dan was being sarcastic as he said he didn't trust her, but it didn't stop from Kouta's face from falling slightly. It hurt her slightly. "You seem...confused, slightly. Do you need me to...explain...my genetics?" It wasn't like her to directly ask a question to someone like that, but Dan was a different story. A lot of people didn't know about her race, so she was used to it...but....
