Shelby laughed, and pushed Jason's hand away playfully when he ruffled her hair. "Okay, but I don't want you dying on me, okay?" Her face turned serious, "you're my last real family, I can't lose you."
She sighed and picked up enough plates for everyone and piled spaghetti and sauce onto each of them, then stuck forks into them and put two plates on each arm. This balancing act came from one of her old jobs at a resturaunt. She set a plate next to Mark, Drake, and Ammy, and then sat down next to where Drake was laying.
She twisted noodles around her fork and stuffed in in her mouth. Shelby then swallowed and turned around to look at Jason, "thank you mister cook!" She shouted to him.
She then leaned over Drake and smiled at him, and them turned her attention to Ammy, "so what's the verdict, Doc, he goona live?" She asked before stuffing another shovel full of noodles into her mouth.
