The Line had been to enter the 'mess' hall. Currently only Mr. Spike was in charge. After everyone had been seated, he prepared something outside of the room, presumably in a kitchen of sorts. Jack was seated alone for the moment, keeping to himself and away from the other students. A couple girls talked about him, before his eyes cracked open slightly to stop them, as well as throwing a fork into the wall just by their heads.

"Here you Are!!" Exclaimed Spike, coming in with buckets of food, as hungry students smiled, begged, and fought. The man snickered as he put down their 'food.'

"Hey!" called out one. "This isn't escargot! this is just a fried snail!"

"And the soup isn't creamy, it's just been aged! It's filled with veggies, steamed until they can burn your tongue!"

"The calamari seems to be normal"

And the three students were promptly smashed on the head with a stick by Mr. Spike, who proceeded to snicker.

"This is what you get here at Otokojuku- I mean, uh, Gokugakku!" He roared. "This snail will make you feel tough, the soup will truly strengthen you, and the calamari is just to balance out the taste!"

And suddenly, a spoonful of soup got Mr. Spike in the eyes. The hot liquid and burning chunks began to sizzle in his eyes as he ran around, searching for the one who did it. Meanwhile, Jack seemed to be eating his food perfectly fine, and with the touch of a gentleman: he arranged his utensils properly and began to eat properly, as opposed to some of the others who happened to eat like pigs.
