Aavyn hoped she hadn't caused any problems for Simon with his family. If they found out about her little slip up they might break off the marriage right here and now. That would only ostracize her family from the rest of the vampires. The worse part about is, unlike humans who die after a certain amount of time, they would have to live through it forever. The bad thing about being a night walker would have to be the whole living forever part. "Oh I just saw your new husband head to the reception." Melissa smiled at Aavyn then saw the look on the new bride's face. "You got in trouble?" Her friend asked leaning in a little to hear her answer. "Yeah, but it's fine. There is no sense in talking about it now right?" Aavyn smiled at Melissa then gave her a quick hug.
"Good this is your wedding still. It doesn't matter who you marry just as long as your happy right? Though I do hope you suck him dry." Melissa smiled wickedly at her then started to walk away to go talk to someone else. "You never know." Aavyn talked to herself before turning in the direction her friend was telling her Simon went. She stopped in her tracks when she saw Simon come out the back door of the building. Giving him a small nod she followed him when he motioned for her to follow him. Now that she thinks about it if she doesn't like him he will die eventually anyways. What's twenty to thirty years of being unhappy out of an eternity? Aavyn silently followed behind him across the yard.
She chuckled to the stealth comment. "Yeah we get that a lot." She smiled at him then realized he spilled the drinks. "Cute." She was referring to him blushing then gladly took the drink he had handed her a second time. "Thank you." She took a sip even though it would do absolutely nothing to her. The only thing she needs is blood nothing more. "Oh it doesn't have any affect on me. Even though you see a lot of vampires drinking alcohol, they are only doing it to be polite to humans." Her eyes were averted from Simon to the people who were slowly flooding into the room. Drinking the rest of her drink she sat it on the table then turned back to Simon. "Your parents don't like you drinking?" Aavyn asked holding back a chuckle seeing him trying to quickly down his drink.
