"Why, did you take a nap as well?" Lyric looked completely baffled. He had not meant to make her feel as if she were not welcomed to his bed in the first place. Sure, he had been upset, but it would never cause him to cast her out of his arms. She was too special to him for that type of treatment. He took in a soft breath and then pulled her in close. "If you wanted to curl up against me you know you're always welcomed, no matter the mood." He whispered, his hand stroking her hair before he pulled the blankets up around both of them.
