He raised an eyebrow at the mention of the punishment they received for not listening. Rather cruel. Keiran enjoyed teasing others, giving them a smack upside the head or something similar to that, but nothing that would restrain them, hold them down and let them slowly bleed. Even if it was just strapping down an arm, it did not seem the least bit enjoyable. Keiran stared up at her odd eyes, his grip tightening slightly as he felt her try to twist her way out of his grasp.
He nodded curtly at the sound of her name. It was more than fitting. Scarlet, a beautiful red colour, the colour of blood. She was a red collar as well, more of that sort of personality that he had ever hoped for. Keiran shrugged his shoulders at her other comment though, only tightening his grip on her wrist even more so.
"I have patience. I'm looking for someone like you in the first place, because I like to play with my food a little bit." He smiled weakly, more of a reassuring smile, though anyone could see that it was fake. With that, he was reminded that she had also wanted his name too. He sighed quietly, and the smile faded away, no trace of it left in his expression.
"My name is Keiran." He said simply, rather coldly in fact, which was a change from his usual joking, teasing tone of voice. With that, he pulled her wrist up towards his mouth, parting his lips open slightly, his black hair falling in front of his eyes. He turned over her hand, and brought his lips to her wrist. For a moment, he hesitated, as if thinking. But then, let his fangs show for the first time since he had met her, and pierced her skin. The blood welled into his mouth in a sudden rush, and he felt relief wash over him like a wave, but hunger also came along with that. He forced himself to stop, and swallowed the blood already in his mouth, pulling his teeth out of her skin. Her blood was sweet, an almost sort of sugary taste.
Keiran pulled away, and quickly swiped a thumb across the wound on her wrist, wiping away the few remaining drops of blood. Then, he let go of her wrist, and looked up at her warily.
"I can handle you." He said bitterly, as if he was insulted by her even thinking that she was too much for him.
