Cleveland, Ohio 4:17 PM.

There she laid, still in her bed even though it was already late afternoon. Raven's nose twitched, causing her sneeze loudly throughout her apartment. She groaned, pulling her covers down to get up and take a shower. Her shower was as hot as the sun, making her tanned skin red. She hopped out, ignoring her screaming downstairs neighbors and ran across the hallway and back into her room. The yelling was between Mr. and Mrs.Garrison was just something she had gotten used to, it didn't bother her much although she had always felt bad for their five year old daughter.

Raven threw on a black off the shoulder hoodie and dark washed jeans. She released her brown hair from it's messy bun and let it was freely. She smiled at her reflection from across the room and walked out into the hallway on the eleventh floor of her building. She stepped out onto the balcony, holding in her fear of heights, and leaned in over the edge of the rail.

Raven closed her eyes, letting her busy mind take over. Her shoulder twitched from the strong winds, making her lean even more over the edge. Rae mentally cursed at herself. Damn those reflexes for making her scream. She sighed, running her fingers through her wavy hair and heading back inside.
