Alex flinched, covering his eyes with his robe when he was teleported from the sterile, clean white room into the horrifying apocalyptic disaster. He slowly uncovered his eyes to see all of the destruction already beginning. He hid behind a pile of debris so he could think of what to do. He then heard a loud bang and shuddered. Horrified he asked himself quietly "What is this place!?!" Then, he discarded an orb from his pocket. He concentrated and five ghosts came out. "Do you guys have any idea what this place is?" He asked his most loyal ghosts. The ghosts silently conversed and then responded, "We have no knowledge of this place, or how to get out for that matter." They were all silent for a moment wondering how bad things would get from here on out. Beads of sweat were pouring down Alex's head. Than a loud scream rang out. Alex knew if he was closer than he was now it would have been even more ear piercing. "Okay, please quickly scan the terrain and report to me what you find. Hopefully I'll still be here," Alex said wondering if he really was going to still be behind the pile of debris by the time his friends got back. He couldn't afford to lose them, those ghosts were his most loyal friendly companions. The ghosts dispersed and Alex tried calming himself down.

After a few minutes only four ghosts came back...

The ghosts reverted to their more human-esque spirit forms. Alex's eyes began to tear up. "Where's every one else?" He asked pleadingly. "They didn't make it, they died protecting us from robots," Lily, his very first companion stated. She was a kind and carefree person. When her eyes swelled with tears it made Alex feel worse. Another ghost stepped forward "We can't let their sacrifice go in vain, we must survive at least for today," it was Ken, the second ghost who joined Alex. He was responsible and strict but still a kind person. "You're right Ken." Alex said. "So, what information have you gathered. "There are approximately 30 robots left un-destroyed. We also noticed three humans who could assist us, two of them are in a pair" Sadie, an intelligent and shy girl who was fourth to join the group. "I think we should team up with the two of them, and then meet up with the third! We'd be the best team ever!" Said Felix, an energetic up-beat kid who was third to join the group. "O-o-o-okay..." Alex said shakily trying to mask his fear. He had to have people to help them. He couldn't let any one else die.

So, the four ghosts led Alex past the robots and over to the two people. One was female, the other a male. The man had a gun wound on his shoulder. That wound would have to be treated properly or he could get an infection. Alex walked up to him with his hands up, his ghosts standing behind ready for a signal to attack, just in case. "He-hellooo" Alex said uncomfortably. "I-I would like to help you..." He said, waiting for a response.
