Sora heard a distant Noctowl hooting. Which woke him up. Again.

"Three nights in a row...Damn..."

Rolling over, Sora put his feet down on the floor, careful not to tread on the various tails and paws that were sprawled around. Creeping out of the room, he decided a walk was best for his tiredness, or lack thereof. Before he got to the door, however there was a gentle knocking on the door. Quickly opening the door before anyone woke up, he was surprised to see Nurse Joy holding a sleeping Vulpix, "Is she your's?" She said quietly, "I seen her following you around earlier, and then I found he lying in one of the corners..."

With a tired sigh, Sora scratched the back of his head, "It's more that I'm gonna be travelling with her for a little while..." He took the small form into his arms and moved her to an empty spot on the spare bed, before bowing slightly to Nurse Joy. He decided that he still needed that walk. Letting the door quietly click shut, Sora walked with the Nurse to the main area, "I couldn't help but notice you converse with them earlier..." She thought for a second, "Most trainers I see seem to talk at their Pokémon, but you don't. You talked to them...I have to admit that it was a little weird to see at first..." Sora tried not to show how much that sentence stung, but Joy seemed to notice, "N-Not to say you're weird...I-I mean...Oh, dear..."

Sora quickly replied, "No...Don't feel bad...I am a little weird..." He put on a smile, "See, I'm not offended...I guess that means I would stand out no matter how big a crowd is...That's a good thing, right?"

They shared a shrug and a laugh. Looking out the window, Sora seen the moon. It was beautiful...
