He did like movies, but Lila had an obsession with several, and tended to demand they watch them when they had the time for a movie. As a result, he missed seeing many of the more popular movies in favor for watching Air Bud or 101 Dalmations again, and again, and again. It was a good thing he didn't really mind them.
