Anez felt so lost. She had lost so much, her parents, her love, her brother, her home; and not only that, but she didn't know what to feel. She was still mourning the deaths of the people she loved, she was homesick, scared for her people and kingdom, scared at having been taken by her peoples' sworn enemy, fascinated by this new land, nervous about what was going to happen to her, angry for revenge against the Orogs, but overall she just felt tired and close to tears. Though controlling her emotions wasn't even close to being a problem right now. Right now she was being taken to the Orogs kingdom as a "sacrifice", she was thrown over the shoulder and now being carried by a Regular, with a Berserker in front of her. Her face was stoic, a stone mask, one that she wore well and often.

She looked around at the place, she was now used to the stinging in her throat so she could finally get a good look at the place. It was like a waist land down here, the trees were mostly dead there was no foliage on the ground, just twigs and rocks. This place was nothing like the forests she used to explore all the time as a kid, where she got her scars from her earlier trips when she would fall over all the time and run into trees. Now of course she could move through a forest as quietly as some forest creature, undetected and not bruising herself. Everything seemed to dead and toxic in this land, like nothing was alive anymore. The clouds above her were gray and foreboding, normally this would be a sign of a storm, but in this new strange land she wasn't sure if that wasn't just normal. 'This place is in need of rain,' Anez thought, thinking about how sad the dead trees were and how could anyone live here?

The Regular that was carrying her shifted her on its shoulder, slamming her stomach onto its rock hard muscles. She winced, her stomach was already pretty sore from being carried like this for miles, and the Regular liked to that every now and then, she was sure just to cause her pain because after all that's what Orogs did, cause pain for her and her people.
