a beam of light shines down, someone grasps Malina by the hand, whipping her around and she screams a bit, being faced with a clown, his features begin to melt, teeth becoming jagged, and his eyes roll back to white. With a sudden swish of air, and she could hear the cry of animals being tortured, and she finds herself on the tightrope, her feet cut up and bruised, she feels an acrobat shake the rope and she screams, loses her footing, and falls a bit, but catches herself, crawling over to the other side. A foot stomps in front of her hand and she looks up, terrified to see Damien's smiling face.
"Ello, love." He kneels down, his hands grasping his cane as he tilts his head to the left slowly, "I hear cats always land on their feet... Is it true for acrobats as well?" He laughs, standing, pushing Malina with his cane and she falls with another piercing scream.
With a startle, she was enveloped in a white cloth as the Cirque members held her there, she thrashed wildly trying to get out, Damien's words ringing in her head...
Malina turns her head to the side a bit, a whispered, begging, No escapes her lips.
