Aron waited beside Mora Ven, waiting for her to awake. He constantly place healing wards to heal her. The healing wards would have healed normal mortals quickly but Mora Ven was a god. It would take a lot of power to hurt her but it would also take a lot of power to heal her. The Banatrix thief must've use a sword that was enchanted by one of the old gods or else it wouldn't have hurt her.
