Quinera watched as the girl walked out of the shadows, her long hair swishing around her shoulders. The jester felt wariness well up in her chest and subtly moved in front of the person. This person didn't feel like the other person, the one with the teddy. Quinn watched as the person came forward, only looking at the girl with the teddy. She hissed through her teeth at this newcomer, her eyes shining with distrust. The jester did not like this at all. No, no, no. She didn't feel in control and stared at the newcomer, willing her to stay away. But she kept coming towards them.

"I'm sorry," the new person called as she regarded them. Well, she wouldn't even look at Quinn who was taking everything in with her dark, dark eyes. The jester's body language was defensive and aggressive but this person never took this into account, never looked. That annoyed Quinn even more. She wanted this person to see her anger and to stay away. But no. This person didn't look at her, only at the girl. An odd feeling started to well up in the jester's chest. She didn’t want this person near her person.

"But I couldn't help but wonder, is something going on here?" The jester bristled with anger, her pulse swirling underneath her skin aching to be used. Who does this person think she is? How dare she? Quinera growled softly under her breath. She heard the person behind her move uncomfortably. She felt a bit off herself. There was something...off. Quinn felt her angry and agitation rise in her and her eyes glimmered darkly in the shady light. There was a few dark little swirls of darkness circling her wrists as her pulse tried to protect herself and her new friend (of sorts).

"Little girl, is this person bothering you?" Quinera could not restrain the deep snarl that tore it's way past her pursed lips. A fire ignited in the jester's eyes and suddenly, all rationale was gone. All the threads of sanity that the teen desperate tried to hang onto were gone. The small shadows burst into black firey shapes that took up most of the alleyway. The jester lost all essence of normality and just let her pure rage at almost everyone in the city out. Onto this person who DARED to even imply that she was being nasty to her new friend. A peal of hysterical laughter that trail off to dark mumblings filled the space around them. The person tried to back away, her silvery hair flying as she tried to escape. The jester of nightmares extended a lanky arm and sealed off the exit with a large shadow in the shape of a hound. The monster's eyes were a blood red as was it's long jagged teeth. The person turned to look at the jester but did not meet her eye.

The jester was enraged by this. "LOOK AT ME!" She screamed, the shadows around her flaring up in anger and swirling around the target of her ire, feeding off the fear. The deranged teen leapt forward, graceful as a gazelle with the black shadows surrounding her body, almost caressing her face.

"None of the people here look. They see but they don't look. They think they know everything here but they don't know anything!" The jester thrust a willowy arm out and the shadow hounds circled their prey. "They see me, they see me fly but they don't LOOK!" An ugly snarl worked it's way onto the jester's face, making a mask of anger and ire. Quinera was not currently in control. Her emotions just raged. She didn't mind. It was rather funny.

"If they looked, they would see what they did to me. They would see that I'm always so ANGRY!" The jester screamed at the young girl, no longer seeing a person but a group of people. Everyone who had tried to hurt her. There was no shortage of them.

"Always so ALONE!" Another spike in the shadow activity and the hounds gave a snarl and howled in anticipation. The embodiment of her anger thirsted for blood, the mental anguish of someone who tried to take her friend, her only friend away from her. She thought she was treating her bad. She would never treat her bad, not like they treated the jester.

"And it's all. Their. Fault!" With that, the jester raised her arms above her head and allowed the shadows to have their fun. The screams mingled with the jester's deranged laughter.

Quinera watched from the comfort of her mind, allowing her emotions to wreck havoc. She didn't mind. She couldn't even remember why she was so angry anyways.
