Liz looked at her phone as it woke up up. She really needed to change the text tone. Picking it up, she rubbed her eyes using all her will power to not close them again. Damn, she was tired. Looking at the time on her phone, she saw it was only eight.
"Who the hell- Oh," she said, blinking at the message on her phone. Of course, it was Rylin. A little of Liz's annoyance went away knowing that face and she quickly read the message.
Forcing herself to get up, Liz went through a mental check list of things she should do. First, was change, since she was in her PJs. Randomly picking a skirt and top, she changed and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and hair. The text said dress warm, so Liz picked a sweater to wear too. The cold didn't really bug her that much, but she probably would freeze to death without even noticing if she wasn't careful.
Being the smart girl Liz was (ha that's a riot) she hadn't packed her bags yet. Now, she stuffed a duffel bag with all her winter stuff along with other things she might need. Her phone buzzed again, and she looked at it curiously.

Good morning beautiful, I'll see you in a bit

Liz smiled a bit at the text, texting back,
"See you soon <3".

Now that she was packed and ready, Liz ran outside and walked to Rylin's house. She hoped Rylin wouldn't notice that she looked like she just woke up, because she knew Rylin would probably be hoping they had already been coming.
Soon, she walked up to Rylin's house with her duffel bag hung over her shoulder. Even though she knew she could just come in, she knocked.
