Belinda was sitting in a chair waiting for Leo.
"Hello Bel darling, how was you're fine summer? broke any guys hearts lately?" He asked in his fake cheery voice. Before she could bite her tongue her latino temper kicked in. No I was a little busy. Get any more girls knocked up?" She sat back down and breathed "Stop making me the bad guy ok. I was supposed to take care of.. it and I was going to come back and be with you. But Ava had to run her mouth. And I knew if I talked to you, you would convince me to keep it." She pulled the bobby pins out of her hair, letting the faux flapper hair loose. Her hair began to fall like a waterfall framing her face until it settled on her lower chest. The neat coifed curls now revealed big curls resembling waves. She sighed and ran a hand through her hair. Her hair always annoyed her, but Leo used to like it. "Stop it," She commanded herself .
" Leo my point is everyone is pretending like I broke everyone's heart. That's not fair. I had to wear those baby doll dresses the whole end of the school year to hide it, I had to act distant to you, I had to lie to my friends. Then when summer finally came I went to the doctor and he said it was too late for the abortion. So I had to break up with you, because ,let's be honest you don't want a child." She looked up at him full of rage and hurt "Then I told Ava, not my best friend in the whole world Nina, but your sister. I thought she would see my point. Turns out she didn't. But there I was in labor with my mother , because my father was on tour. And this gorgeous baby that was the perfect mix of the two of us. The kind of baby people wished they had. Remember, we used to say that with our genes we would have the most gorgeous baby . And we did. Big blue eyes, curly brown hair, perfect weight. And I had to hand my baby to my mother who did a suck ass job at raising me. So spare me the crap. And when your done treating me like I'm some evil heartbreaking bitch, you can come by my room and pick up your crap."
She stood up, composed herself, pulled two bobby pins out of her purse to pin her bangs back, and brushed off the imaginary lint on her skirt. "I guess I'll see you around, She said briefly kissing him on the cheek, leaving a faint red lip shape that she didn't care to fix. Then like the brilliant actress she was she left with her head high, looking like she was walking the runway at fashion week. She glanced back at him one more time before really leaving,
Back in her room She shut the door. Her first instinct was to turn on music, but as luck would happen 'wrecking ball' was playing. She shut it off quickly before plopping on her bed with her laptop in front of her. If music couldn't make it better, Breakfast at Tiffany's sure as hell could.
