Luca had a few afternoon classes today, and thus is just returning back to the large house in the woods which belongs to Michael and, therefore, is used by the pack. Up until recently, he had preferred to have his own apartment near the university, if only for ease, but given the most recent circumstances, he has been more than willing to move into what has become something of a stronghold, if that is the correct word for it. It's large enough to hold them, certainly. Luca can remember, when he first moved her following his parents' death, being brought here by his grandparents to meet other pups. There weren't as many as the stories his grandparents told had led him to believe, but apparently the pack had been much larger back in their era. This is something which snatches of conversations with Michael have confirmed for him. The idea of it is enchanting, though it could be more of a romanticizing of the past, naturally. There are only a few pups now- Janelle and Michael Jr. being the most prevalent as the children of the alpha and the biggest trouble makers.
Luca would have liked to be here back when there were more pups running about- he's always loved children. That's why he had become so dead set on trying to get the Morinelli children to like him, even when he was till just a teenager. His love for kids has existed since he was a teenager, after all- he had been the sort who would have done well running birthday parties or something along those lines.
Returning to the large estate, he is more preoccupied with anxieties regarding the coven of vampires living in another wing of the house. Much to his own embarrassment, vampires have always been a source of great discomfort for Luca, following the murder of his parents at the hands of one such immortal. Typically easygoing, he does tend to prefer avoiding conflict, and thus has tried to avoid the issue by avoiding the vampires. He can be perfectly friendly when he does encounter them, but that itching of nervousness will continue to twitch in the back of his mind for the entirety of it.
He enters the house trying to dismiss any thoughts on the matter, instead focusing on the fact that he is inexplicably very thirsty at the moment. Luca, even more inexplicably, wants apple juice specifically right now. He doubts that they have any, but considers it to be very much worth the effort. The dining room is part of the pathway to the kitchen, and thus he meets a few people on his way there- namely, passes by Michael, Scar, Janelle, and Michael Jr. "Good afternoon," he greets them with an easy smile. "You don't happen to know if there is any Apple Juice in the fridge, do you?" He feels somewhat silly as soon as he asks, but as it is too late to take the words back, he just continues to smile- something which takes up only three quarters of his mouth, favoring the left side.
