Raul once again took a look at his many security cameras set up around the island. So far it was business as usual - people engaged in trade, rebels being struck down... Wait. That last one is proving to be very interesting indeed, if the audio from Camera #9 is to be believed...

"Madre de dio! L'arlequína!"

Raul smiled. Whenever L'arlequína was out and about, and when she found rioters, he was guaranteed a show. And so, when the red-haired woman in form-fitting black leather skipped after the fleeing rioters, he couldn't help but struggle. They ought to know better than to flee... or at least, they did as they rapidly decreased in size until they were all less than an inch tall. L'arlequína extended a hand and the now diminutive rioters were teleported into it. She then lifted her hand to her mouth and slid the rioters in, swallowing them whole and alive.

Certainly not the most dignified of ends, but among the most disturbing, and Raul knew that fear and respect was what kept him in power.
