Tralli legend states that about this time their race was conceived in the mudpits of the southeast. They beleive that the Ethereal, an incredibly power god-like figure, descended from the depths of the universe and the sea of stars to give raise to life as they knew it. In an incredible display of power, the Ethereal created the Tralli, raising the first of them from the mud pits as if they were pulling them out by a rope. The Tralli are humanoid in appearance, with tan skin and dark hair, their main discerning feature being their noses and three-fingered hands, which trek into pig-like territory. These are the reasons why they have been called the 'swine-people of the southeast'. The Tralli hold a sacred connection to the mud, as it is not only their source of conception, but also provides hospitality, community, and even healing to the Tralli. Some of the nastiest of wounds will seal quickly when a Tralli submerges the flesh in the murky water.

Although the common stereotype is that the Tralli are nothing but mud-loving pigs, this assumption is wrong. Although the Tralli do hold sentimental feelings for the mud, they aren't dirty, stupid animals. The Tralli were capable of everything that any other people was capable of. They built stone huts, developed a system of government, and displayed awareness of the world around them. Their early huts were simple, as they adopted a nomadic lifestyle, following their food, as well as good weather. However, permanent settlements were heard of. When climates or the presence of food became inhospitable, the Tralli would either tank through the conditions, or the structures would be left up as an act of goodwill to anyone else who came across them, presuming they were Tralli as well. The ancient king, Hana, is widely considered the first person of authority to inspire the Tralli not to just soak in the mud like lazy pigs their entire life. Hana's words gave them purpose.

However, with expansion came competition, naturally. The Tralli encountered other peoples, and some of those people were either hostile, or had resources that the Tralli needed to survive. In came Warlord Mork, who led the fur-clad warriors to victory over their opponents, allowing their civilization to grow. Often glorified as sometimes even a greater hero than Hana, Mork was a tyrant about all. He mindlessly slaughtered entire peoples, tortured them, and commit hundreds of unspeakable atrocities. Though the legends of Mork the Pig-Beast never spread too far around the entire world, it is still a burden that is often unheard of to the Tralli, that only the oldest and the wisest of them can regret.
