"You know what? You're right. You are absolutely right." She ripped the 'YOU SUCK' in half, and crumpled the paper in her hand, and threw it in the garbage beside her. "You're a really good person, y'know that?" she said, "You're amazing Sammie. C'mon, let's go back."
Sammie felt warm, and jittery inside of her. Maybe she could be a good person if she really tried. That was the least of her worries though. She had Vanessa to look forward to. She had put her arm around Ellie's shoulders walking with her inside.
"Hold on a minute, Ellie. I want to tell you something. It's something.."
Should she tell Ellie her secret? It's strengthen their trust, but maybe not so soon. It WAS a secret no one else on the group knew. Not even Khloe. Maybe it was a good thing she didn't know. That way, she wouldn't have any awkward encouragement, or disapproval. But, what if no one missed her? She swallowed harder, as of she was pushing all the fear down her throat.
She was glad she could cheer up Ellie at least. Even if she gained a few enemies on this trip, at least she gained a few friends too.
She swallowed, feeling her throat dry. Sammie looked down at her heels for a brief moment before looking back up, and shaking her head. It was like someone had come up to her and told her against her sudden announcement. "N-never mind. It's nothing." Sammie sighed tiredly, and waved her hand, walking behind her.
When they got back in, Sammie surveyed the dance door, then looked for Steve. "So, who were you dancing with before you came out?" Sammie then looked at her new friend with a disheartened look. "Khloe?"
