Ezra sat silently, waiting for the food to be served. The room was mostly quiet, except for the children's table;
Which was always loud. He picked his head up from his arms and yawned, stretching out.
"Excuse me" a short girl in front of me said. He blinked a few times ,then looked over at her.
She had pale skin, was about 5'3, really short. But she looked about Ezras age, 16. "Um, hi" Ezra sighed, leaning
over the table. He folded his hands. "Tech support what can I help you with" he joked without showing emotion.
The young girl giggled and sat down in front of him, on the other side of the table.
She had faded purple hair, dark brown roots showed very clearly. Her eyes fluttered to him, almost flirtatious.
"I don't mean to sound like a stalker or anything but, whenever I see you, your wearing those red glasses." she pointed.
"And?" Ezra sighed, clearly uninterested in where the conversation was going.
"Can you take them off for me?" she asked simply. "I'm sorry, that's probably a weird question..." she smiled bashfully and looked away. "Not really" Ezra shrugged. He yawned again and took them off.
He had almost glowing emerald eyes, a solid shining green color, with what seemed like dark green and black pigments.
As soon as she saw them, her eyes lit up. "Your eyes are really pretty.. I mean like, hot, I mean um" the girl blushed brightly.
It seemed to amuse Ezra. He chuckled. "My eyes aren't pretty. But thanks for the compliment" he snickered.
"Yeah" the girl smiled. "Can I wear your glasses?" she giggled.
"Sure?" he handed them to her. 'She's trying to flirt, is she not?' he thought, studying her closely.
She put on his glasses. "How do I look?" she joked and posed.
"Fabulous darling, work it" Ezra joked and blinked a few times. It felt weird not wearing his glasses constantly.
The girl smiled brightly and handed them back to him. "Im Lindsey"
"Cool" Ezra slid his sunglasses on. "Arent you gonna tell me your name?" Lindsey continued to smile, but furrowed her brows in confusion. "No. I don't think Ill be seeing you alot" Ezra sighed and leaned on the table again.
"Well I sure see you a lot" the girl giggled.
"Well that sure means your a stalker" Ezra flashed a sarcastic grin at her, which only made her laugh.
"Your funny" she smiled.
'Im not interested' he thought. "You should probably leave. They're gonna serve food soon, and a tall man named Kal usually sits there" Ezra pointed.
That was a lie.
Although Ezra knew who Kal was, and saw him often, they had never really sat together yet.
Ezra just wanted that girl to leave.
"Oh, ok. It was nice meeting you" Lindsey smiled and stood up. "Yep" he nodded, and watched her walk off, to a different table.
Still in the 16-30 group.
"She needs to up her game if she really wants my company" Ezra sighed and adjusted his glasses.
