At the very least, she was eating the apples. Guess she was indeed hungry - or not. Kage had difficulties to figure her out. More like she was a riddle hard to solve, as she even got up on her two feet on her own, a little wobbly but she stood; as if she had made a decision. She went to the entrance to the cave with determination that Kage found hard to understand. Did she want to search for her mother? Didn't she just hear his words, or was he ignored?

Either way, Kage was a little offended by her actions which he made apparent in the words he spoke: "It is useless to try to find your family on your own. You barely even manage to walk! Not to mention you're in the middle of the cursed forest - you'll get eaten before you even realise that danger is approaching!" It was harsh, but the truth. There were several dangerous creatures lurking in the shadows of the big grand trees of the forest, just waiting for a foolish child to enter their territory and get eaten by them.

Kage stood up, glaring coldly at the little creature in front of him as he leaned at the entrance beside her. "Tomorrow, I'll take you to a human village close to here. As far as I know they are friendly to Shapeshifters. For now, rest." Were his orders that sounded resolute, which probably surprised him more than the little boar. He then just scratched his head, a habit he always did when he tried to think, went towards her but passed her without looking at her, and sat down on his original place. The rock at the front of his cave, where a basket of apples was waiting for him.

So he sat down, took an apple and chewed in silence.
