Morpheus begins to walk towards an area gaining his attention the most, what he perceives to be the way to the center, guided by only vague sensations, the sense of pain he felt earlier. He leaves behind a husk-like version of himself, minus the armor, that continues guarding Mia, a possible perk to having a phantom-like body.

"Great, now I'm no longer the only beast here..." He grumbles to himself. "Be it best we not meet, and I make this quick."

As he walks down this path he sees more of the Crimson growths, as well as sensing Aranel and traces of the others who passed through here. His sight seeing everything as colorless except glowing spectral trails, a faded blue trail from Molkrii passing through earlier and the strange null trail of Liana's beasts. Quietly passing by these he stops to notices a series of strange glyphs marking various branching paths. He grins slightly.

"Perhaps I can play a game of my own...."

He proceeds to start changing the glyphs with his illusions, masking the markers that lead the way, the machina themselves start to seem confused, the lesser ones bumping into walls like there is supposed to be a path there, acting as if their sensors have been scrambled. He proceeds to move on using only his intuition.
