Journey smiled at his words and nodded her head at his mention of the babies. She just sighed, trying her best not to dwell too much on it. The last thing she needed was to have a huge stomach because she was having multiple babies. Though her thoughts were cut off by Eric starting to just ramble on. Less than halfway through she was no longer able to keep up with what he was saying.
She laughed a bit once he finally stopped and she sighed. "There is no need to be nervous. It's not like I'm going to kill you or anything. Besides, I'd like to keep whatever life I still have," she stated to him with a soft smile. "Though a drink sounds nice and I wouldn't mind watching tv," she responded to him.
Journey was still very puzzled about why he would ever even be nervous in the first place. If anyone was nervous it should have been her. She's carrying alien babies and she wasn't even sure if she would be able to survive through it, what they would do to her body, along with all of the normal human side effects of being pregnant. Not only was she pregnant, but it was with some alien stranger's children that was she forced to spend the rest of her life with.
