Once Dezember made her way into the crowd, far enough away so that she would be able to keep an eye on Naomi if she needed her, she began dancing in order to keep herself busy. Every now and then she would have a guy come up and start dancing with her, only to tell them she was definitely not interested. It wasn't because she wasn't wanting to meet guys, she just wasn't comfortable around them. Whenever she gets these strange vibes from someone, they are true most of the time. Dez just didn't want to take any chances, she was always cautious with the people she hangs around. Though sometimes she tends to find out she is wrong about some people, most of the time she stays away from troubled people.
When she was dancing, she was stopped by a male's voice, one who was trying to get her attention. She turned towards him and gave him a friendly smile after hearing his words. She found that he was extremely attractive, had the most amazing lips she had ever seen in her life, but yet she got the same vibe from him that she did from the guy Naomi was talking to. It wasn't really anything bad, it was just different, something she never felt before.
The brunette cleared her throat a bit and responded, "Well, I guess you could say I'm not like any other girl," she stated as she placed her hand in his to shake it, finding that his touch was extremely cold as if death had taken over his body. "Dezember," she responded, getting lost in the man's eyes.
All she seemed to want to do at this moment was embrace this man and kiss those gorgeous pink lips. They just looked so soft and delectable. She couldn't stop those thoughts from running through her head. Though just as she realized her hand was still in his, she removed it and took a sip from her beer, trying her best to keep her nerves as calm as possible. Dezember definitely wasn't nervous, she just hadn't seen a male as attractive as him ever. There was nobody she knew who could compare to him.

Raven smirked as he heard the female's heartbeat speed up, he loved it when the girls were nervous. He just thought it was the cutest thing he ever seen. Though when the female licked her lips, she bit his lip softly as he listened to her words. At her mentioning that she was acting like a spazz, he just gave a deep, dark chuckle. "No, I don't do costumes," he responded as he glanced at her up and down once more. "Though I can say, you chose an amazing costume. You're fit to be a belly dancer," he added with a slight smirk.
Raven glanced around the area before returning his attention to the beautiful brunette before him, "Do you go to the college or are you one of the plus ones?" he questioned, just trying to identify the kind of girl she was. Of course if she was one of the college girls he wouldn't mind because for some reason he believed she was a lot more different than all of the other girls. There was just something about her that made him more interested in her. Raven was definitely not a people person and anyone who knew him would know that for sure. He usually wouldn't walk up to a random person and start talking to them unless he was looking for his dinner, someone to feast upon and drain. Many times he tried to change his ways, but he didn't see the point. He was a vampire, he needed human blood to survive. Just like humans kill deer, chickens, etc. in order for them to eat, it's pretty much the same thing. Though in his mind, that's how it was.
