"You're cute when you're dancing around a question, you know that?", Vito raised his eyebrows, smiling, he'd dodged it for now, but he had to change the subject.
"I'm gonna figure you out, one way or another", Vito looked into her eyes, he found he could so easily get lost in them, if it weren't for the tension of the situation.
"Well Lea, how would you like to do a bit of figuring out, tonight, over dinner?" he asked, coolly, calmly. Taking another spoonful of cheesecake and holding it a while, before sliding it into his mouth. His heart raced, he hoped he hadn't screwed things up between them.
