Taking a deep breath he picked up a backpack and began filling it with mission essentials. Trail rations and spare clothing, of course. Spare ninja tools and all of that jazz. He didn't really have much to go on for location of this mission, so he packed a sweater just in case. That, and a green-patterned scarf that he held in his hands for a short while before packing away. He mouthed a word, a name, voicelessly and closed his bag. That scarf would be taken with him through blistering heats or arctic chills. There was no question. After the essentials were packed, he strapped his twin chakrams onto the back of the bag for easy access in cases of emergency. Feeling that he was properly prepared now, he slipped on his ninja sandals and stepped out of his apartment room with a lock to the door. Maybe once he went back, his sensei would stop being such an annoying prick... Yeah, that was a dream. He knew already that he was the type to keep nit-picking and poking and prodding until he got the reactions he desired. For his sake, Bato hoped he didn't desire a chakram to the face.
Stepping down the stairs and reaching the ground, he caught notice of Mito running at full force away from where they had met. His expresson turned to one of being just completely done as he knew right away that it was Aadrin-sensei's doing. He probably stayed and relentlessly teased her after Bato left. With a red-faced best friend like that, he had half a mind to give him a serious punch to the chin. But rather than go punch their sensei, he made his way to the sprinting Mito instead. Once he finally caught up with her, he reached out and tapped her shoulder before staring at her with his one exposed eye. "Yo. Idunno what you're doing, but we should head back to that arse now. Unless you got something important to be doing. In which case, I'd rather help you out than be with that guy... those guys." It would definitely be no secret to Mito that he disliked the Aburame kid. If she left back to their sensei, he'd follow suit. If not, he'd just follow her wherever she intended to go.
