The streets were calm and quiet as Haruda steadily walk along the path, keeping his determined eyes peeled for the location of this tournament that he caught word of. Word said that there's a tournament that is offering a reward of 10 million yen and that it challenges the strongest of people to compete within it's boundaries. These words have spread among the city folk like cherry blossoms petals in the wind and they interested the Determined Falcon to the point that he wishes to participant. Though not many people heard of his presence within the land nor even who he is, but that's not his purpose for joining this event.
He felt that this tournament is more than it seems, though the reward may seem to be the reason for most people to join. Yet, Haruda isn't interested in the reward as he believes there's something more to this than everyone sees. The reward may seem to be quite nice and that it could possibly provide one with enough to live off of in the years to come, but the samurai doesn't seek such luxury. What Haruda truly wants from this tournament is a purpose, so he plans to demonstrate his skills to their max potential, though it may not guarantee his victory.
As the aged samurai walked down the road within his jet black armor, he heard a lot of chatter within an area up ahead. From what Haruda can see seemed like a ruined temple surrounded by disrepaired walls that may not had been maintain in years. The walls seem to tower over him quite a bit as he approached. When he got though the gate, he noticed that a huge crowd of fighters were over the area varying from the common day thugs to the dreadful Yokai. He also noticed that there were some honorable figures among the crowd, some dressed in respectable suits of armor and others wearing nicely patterned kimonos that showed off character. It seem many of them used different types of weapons as well, but he wasn't all that concerned with most of them since some just use intimidating weapons as show.
Not long after entering within the temple's reaches, he heard an loud voice that was loud as the roar of thunder that shook some of the people within the crowd out of surprise. Haruda saw the person who stepped out from the shadows of the temple, the man who stood before many of them wore some admirable armor and he looked as if he was a influential figure who lead many in the past. His appearance and voice caught Haruda's attention who listened to his announcement then did as they were told. He followed the line of desperate fighters who made their way to the tournament area, though patiently walked behind them with his hand on the hilt of his sword.
