Letha was as usual awoken far earlier than necessary, her phone buzzing beneath her pillow where she had misplaced it the night before. Her head was pounding as she checked her messages. Blearily typing out half thought out replies to messages she could barely understand. She checked the time briefly before resigning herself to the fate of waking up far too early. She was only up for a few minutes when Draco's shouting startled her to full awareness. Scowling, Letha pushed off her bunk and starts to get ready for the day. She's glad to see that the bathroom had thankfully been vacated for the moment. She wasn't a fan of waiting.
Regret from the night before caught up with her as she showered, letting the hot water clear away the aching in her joints. She remembers less than half of what she did last night, but she knows from the lingering taste of whiskey on her tongue and her still red eyes that she must have done something horribly stupid - as usual when it comes to her and partying. At least she had stayed in the bus this time, where she could drink alone and pretend that she wasn't drowning her own anxious thoughts with the whiskey. She just hopes she didn't bother anyone else too badly.
Even drunk off her ass Letha had a modicum of decency for other people. Most of her nights spent with a drink are spent in her bed where she can watch cult classics on her portable dvd player and pass out immediately, but the aching in her legs suggests that she probably left at some point. Unusual, though she's glad to have woken up in the bus. After dressing and attempting to brush away the stink of alcohol on her breath she heads out, beckoned by the smell of coffee and the sound of voices.
"G'mornin." Letha yawns, still groggy from sleep she momentarily avoids eye contact with Siobhan and Kara, focused more on the coffee maker and the precious liquid within it. Not one to make idle conversation this early in the day, she busies herself with pouring the coffee in a mug, trying to restrain herself from giving in and drinking it while its scalding. While waiting for it to cool off she proceeds to pop some bread in the toaster. "Breakfast of champions," She mumbles to herself, slightly more awake now as she sips at the still steaming coffee.
