It was a long while before he made any move. He just gaped at her, shock evident on his face, as if he wasn't quite sure what to make of this. If she was lying, and why would she if she had, if she wasn't, then how was this possible. When Erieda first learned of this, it was through an old Baobhan, the woman had been a solitary fae, belonging to neither the Seelie or UnSeelie court, but she knew much about both, it had been her clan that had ventured into the mortal realm when the veil was thin, and introduced vampire virus on to man, thus creating the first vampires, however the claim still seemed highly unlikely. That the reverse could be true. How could something that turned the vampire into what it was turn it back?

Bertoldo shifted then, breaking her from her thoughts and suddenly fear shot through her. She'd endured her fair share of injuries but she'd known what to expect, she'd know what it would feel like when it came, but never before had she'd been bitten by a vampire, she didn't know what to expect and for someone who'd grown accustom to knowing every detail before making a single move, this was not ideal.

His hands were cool on her skin, his eyes capturing hers, in both shock and awe, same as hers, he gave her wrist a gentle but firm tug, indicting that he wanted her to stand. Her heart was racing, and her pulse, she knew was quick. She allowed him to do whatever it was he wanted, standing, and then soon she was pinned between him and the desk.

There was a rush then, one she'd never felt before, as his hand slide around her, and up between her shoulder blades, and held her close. He was cold to the touch, but this, it made her feel warm, on the inside. He rose her wrist to his lips and she swallowed, bracing herself for whatever was to come. She made no move to struggle, even though there was a fair amount of fear along with this sudden - dare she say- arousal, that came from this. She tried to relax as best she could. She asked for this.

Suddenly, his gaze flickered to her eyes once again, as his fang began to fill his lips, and she could see it in his eyes. Doubt. He wasn't sure about this, anymore then she was, or rather had been. Despite the fear, she didn't want this to stop.

She gave a nod of affirmation, and so he proceeded. She closed her eyes, and waited for the pain, but there was only a pinch, and then a sudden flood of euphoria, so much so that her lips parted and she gave a small gasp.

With every sip he took, the more she wanted him to continue, it was as if her eyes had been open and she was finally seeing in color. Her heart was racing, pumping more blood into her veins, giving him more to drink, all the while, she whimpered and moaned.

Then, suddenly, it was over and his tongue dragged over her skin, sending chills up her spine, and then nothing but a carnal growl and Erieda was left, wanting.

She looked at him, wild eyed, and she had half a mind to pull him to her and allow her true nature to take control, but instead, Bertoldo was gone, leaving her to brace herself with the chair he'd pulled out for her. She didn't know what to make of that, but she desperately needed more.

"Excuse me, Miss... I've been asked to escort you to the room the Lord had given you, if that's quite alright?" Mr. Wells said, appearing suddenly and she could barely make out what he was saying.

"What?" She asked, placing a hand on her chest and when he repeated himself, she nodded. "Y-yes, that's fine." She said and she followed him to her room, for which had no windows, no way to see out into the world, but she couldn't be bothered with it now. She needed to sleep, if not, she'd make the mistake of finding the Lord, and what would come next, would not being entirely ideal. Thankfully, sleep greeted her quickly.

The next morning, Erieda awoke, she couldn't see the sun, but she knew it was up, feeling the warmth of it through the wood in the manor. She didn't have time to even remove the clothes she'd worn last night, for her exhaustion. She rose, noticing small drops of blood on her green dress and it all came flooding back. The way his fangs felt in her skin, feel rush and arousal that came with the drawing of her blood. The mere thought of him made her heart race. She took a breath, for no she had a point to make.

She removed the dress, and found a white silk gown prepared for her already. She wasn't sure if she was supposed to wear it to bed, but it would do just as well as any dress. She walked out, barefoot and it was as if she could sense him, she knew where he was, without thinking, it was almost instinct. He had her blood so surely he could feel her as well. As she walked out to the main hall, she found not a soul stirred, why would they? They were creatures of the night, and the sun was their enemy. It was a good thing then that she could sense him, since navigating this place was have been a nightmare.

She found herself at the room with the largest doors, and moved to touch it, only to find that iron blocked her way. The door knobs were made of it, and the door itself was decorated with it. She hissed when her bare skin touched the cool metal and she took a few steps back, cupping her hand.

Why did she not sense it? It still hurt her, but perhaps her hunt for him clouded her mind more then she thought. There was more to this then she knew, and that was not something she allowed. For now, her hand burned and she had no way to heal it from here. She heard shuffling in the room just then and all thoughts of her burn faded and all she wanted was her drug.
