The alarm blaring at her made the exhausted girl fall right out of her bed. "Oof!" she grunted, rubbing her head. The events of the previous day had caught up with her. Better yet, today was the first day of that miserable thing the people of Gaia called school. She had been here for almost three years, but it dragged the excitement right out of her soul. She already knew most of the things being taught as a result of her teaching prior to entering school. Basically, she was bored out of her god damned mind! There were sometimes things that she found interesting, like literature, but everything else was just down right awful. Sighing, she picked herself up off the floor and glanced in the mirror. Her hair was
everywhere. Sticking up, sticking to her, knots everywhere. "Yuck." Sakuya mumbled, brushing her hair out. It took a good ten minutes to get her hair ready for the shower. That's what she gets for skipping out on hair wash day. The girl undressed and made the shower extremely warm, steam coating every surface it could of her bathroom. She hummed a tune her mother used to sing as she went about her business. Soon enough, she was out of the shower, dried off, dressed, and had dried her hair. She decided to
style her hair a bit differently than normal. It was just enough for someone to notice...hopefully. Her outfit was
pretty casual. "Okay, ready!" She said to herself in the mirror.
She slipped on some black ballet flats and her
backpack while chewing on some granola she had laying around the house. She slipped out the door and outside, sort of caught off guard by Yohan. "Oh, hey!" she said cheerfully. "I hope you haven't been waiting long! You could have knocked on the door...but you don't know my apartment number." She said slowly, realizing she never gave Yohan a way to contact her outside of being in person. She stuffed her phone in her bag and stood next to him. "Did you sleep well? Have any dreams? Tell me on the way to school!" Sakuya said as she pulled the taller boy up off the stairs and practically ran down the rest of them. Of course, people stared at her perplexed, but Sakuya was finally in a good mood for once. Even while going to school! It seemed to be a miracle for her. She threw the bag of granola at Yohan. "Did you eat? Have some of this! I promise it's good."
