As she separated from the archangel, she ran a hand through her hair to separate it from the sweat on her forehead. "You're different," he noted, looking up. His injury healed instantly. "Guess I forgot." she looked at her hand. "That history repeats." She let out a huff of exhaustion and took another giant leap back away from him. A wave of white magic passed through the ground under her, and the man across from her, and they both stilled.

She turned her head, seeing the downed angel running their hands through the dirt. "Shit." she cursed under her breath and turned fully. The man across from her held out his hand toward the angel and a white plasma blast came from his hand. "No!!" she jumped. Teleporting, she stood over the downed angel and held out her own hands. A white shield formed and shattered in front of her as it collided with the blast sent from the higher angel. She summoned another one, also shattering on contact. The ball was getting slower and shrinking, but each shattered shield was injuring her. As another one broke, she swung out her left arm and a white slash went through the air. The ball was small now and split in two. The release of magical power was phenomenal and sent a gust of wind outward.

She summoned up another shield, this one larger and placed it around her. The wind could be seen bouncing off it. "Holy shit." she muttered. She wiped the sweat from her hands and looked herself over briefly before focusing on the injured angel.
