Chantal left the building and even took a small glance back towards Jayson one last time before fully exiting, walking back towards her vehicle and got into the driver's seat. She let out a soft sigh as she cranked up her engine but also seen Jaxon waltz into the cafe that she had just left from and knew that she needed to leave immediately. Chantal never wanted to see him or Noah ever again, nor talk to them ever again especially after everything that had went down between them last night. As she exited the parking lot, she decided to call her fiance, Nathan but he did not answer the phone and that made her raise a brow out of curiosity. It wasn't like Nathan to not answer her but he'd better have a good reason that he did not answer her or else she was going to explode on him. Not really but in her mind, she was going to explode. Chantal decided that she needed to go on a shopping spree and that's exactly what she did but she called up a few of her friends that were still in town, just to see if they wanted to tag along but she also sent a message towards Jayson about Jaxon going into Regal's.

After his very brief talk with Chantal, he let out a sigh of relief but then remembered that Jaxon had sent him a text, in which he just now decided to read. Honestly, the message brought a smile to his lips as he could not contain it anymore but the real question is, why did he smile exactly? Jayson shrugged his shoulders and started to type a reply towards him.

Yeah, man. We're even. Maybe I'll see you tonight at the bonfire?
Once he sent the message, another message came through from Chantal to let him know that Jaxon had just entered Regal's Cafe. His eyes squinted as he saw Jaxon sitting there alone and decided to grab his french fries, spicy ketchup and water to go over and join him. Jayson just thought that Jaxon might've wanted someone to talk to and why not someone who is his best friend, or use to be anyway. He walked back inside of the cafe now and approached the table where Jaxon was sitting and flashed a charming smile towards him. "Hey, stud. Mind if I join you?" Jayson asked as he looked down at an already seated Jaxon, still smiling widely but still loaded with a lot of charm. "Oh, before you check that message, how would you like an escort to the bonfire tonight? You're going, no matter what you say." Jayson mentioned towards the male that sat in front of him as he could not help but smile again.
