While Simone didn't look up from the grilled cheese that she was sliding out of the pan and plating for Adeline, Charlotte watched as her expression softened. She knew that making Naya ask was their best bet. While she knew that Simone wouldn't have outright rejected her request, at least not if she said that their guest, Alaina, was the one who was hungry, she knew that she wouldn't have been as willing to do it, compared to Naya asking. Simone was actually quite a nice woman, despite Charlotte claiming her eastern European roots making her come across as being cold and bitchy. In reality, Charlotte's tendency to get high and request random large meals at all times of the day didn't make Simone's job the easiest, and after working for the family for years, she was close enough with them where she was family-like. That meant that she could get away with rolling her eyes and expressing her annoyance with Charlotte in French sometimes, and normally even getting a chuckle out of her dad for that. In Charlotte's defense, though, she was sure that she would have been the favorite of the twins, if Adeline ever entered the kitchen.

"Pre-party jitters that have us specifically craving tacos and margaritas," Charlotte chimed in, taking a seat at the island closest to Adeline, but with one empty chair in between. Alaina had been the one to bring up tacos, and though Charlotte easily could have had a grilled cheese or two and been satisfied, the idea of tacos sounded even better. Likewise, she wasn't very picky when it came to alcohol, but if they were having tacos, something with tequila seemed like the best pairing option. With no resistance, which Charlotte again only attributed to Naya asking, Simone agreed, only after sliding Adeline her sandwich and sending her a subtle "I'm watching you" look. Smiling in triumph, she then glanced to Naya, and nodded towards Alaina. "Unfortunately, this one's gonna be joining you on the 'good behavior' list tonight. Baby Izzy is coming, and I know she's gonna end up playing the 'gotta be a good sister' card," Charlotte complained, adding in a dramatic sigh for the effect, as she referenced Alaina's responsibility to be a good older sister, though she didn't know if that was actually how Alaina was going to act. "Which actually only means that you'll be appointed to my second-in-command drunk. You know Grace doesn't give a fuck if you drink. I don't think I could do anything to make my dad hate me more than when I took four shots of tequila back to back and threw up in front of Emmanuel Macron's wife this summer in Cannes, so I'm good to go too," she said with a playful smirk. "I'm craving trouble tonight. And tequila," she continued, looking towards Simone, who was surely still in earshot range, though her back was turned to them as she cooked the meat they had just requested for the tacos. "Simooooooone!" Charlotte called out, in a way that was probably obnoxious enough to be Adeline-like, though Charlotte's annoying behavior towards their staff was only playful and meant to mimic in jest the way that Adeline seriously treated some of them, "I told Naya that she needs to learn what patience is, but she was wondering if you'd make those margaritas now!" Although she received a few choice words muttered in French and an eye roll, three margaritas were soon placed in front of them, and Charlotte couldn't resist blowing an obnoxious kiss as a thank you. "Drink up, you ugly bitches."
