Ray Catania walked into the Full House's bar, followed by a couple bodyguards. Ray made a motion to them and they deposited their Uzis at the window next to the entrance. He sat down at a table near the bar, and a waiter soon stopped by.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Catania. May I offer you a drink?"
"No, not today. I'm here on business, get me a tonic with lime."
As the waiter hurried off, he sat back and reflected on the business he was there to discuss. Namely, getting someone to clean up the street drug dealers in the area. After the Delegalization Act, every user in the city was looking for a cheap fix. And Catania took the opportunity to give it to them, using his drugstore as a front to sell them high-quality drugs, just like a friendly bartender. But now the street dealers were making a comeback, selling cheap versions with much worse effects. People were getting horribly sick off these alternatives, and it was making his business look bad. He'd spent his last five years in Chicago building influence and stores, and now it was on the edge of crashing down.
"Waiter?"
"Yes, Mr. Catania?"
"Changed my mind. Make it a gin and tonic instead."

He sipped his drink and glanced at his watch. Sokolov had better be here soon.
