Eva's eyes flicked to Jareth when he began to let his temper rise. Her eyes saw images flashing on the mirror, each time going faster and faster. She had to look away, she was beginning to get dizzy.

She looked back to Jareth when he spoke next, and noticed the mirror was back to a calm state. The same could not be said for Jareth, and the thought nearly made her snicker. The funny feeling was soon wiped away though when he looked over at her. Eva's brows raised, and she got slightly nervous as his eyes narrowed. Her head tilted in confusion at his question, and she said the first thing that popped into her mind.

"Cinderella." She streched out her legs, and shrugged. "You know...girl makes a wish and a fairy godmother appears and makes it happen. Only in my case, the mirror was my fairy godmother." She said, looking to the mirror then back to Jareth.

"Why? Did my fairy godmother place that here so I'd find it?" Her voice was light and teasing, and she stood up and brushed the dust that was on her. Eva parted her lips, and a yawn escaped. She was tired, and placed her hands in her pockets. Her eyes fluttered shut lazily, and thought about the days events. Arriving, walk, phone call with Rodney, finding the mir-...the phone call with Rodney.

Eva's eyes flashed open, and she groaned. She had completely forgotten that he was going to be coming to stay with her in a few days.
