He glanced at the address as she handed it to him and then nodded, sticking it in his pocket. "Alright," He replied, smiling. When she said that she had study hour too, he gave a sigh of relief. "At least one out of the two classes won't be so boring," He said, grinning. At her comments about her father, though, he frowned. "Is... That alright?" He said. "I mean, does it bother you? I guess pretty much everyone has that one parent who yells a lot... but you make it sound like it's something really awful." Suddenly, his eyes widened as he thought that he pieced something together. "He doesn't hurt you, does he?!" Kaine asked. However, upon realizing his outburst, he looked down at his tray, embarrassed. "Sorry, I guess that's not really my place to ask," He said, taking a bite of his sandwich. "So... seven, then."
Eve took a quick bite of her sandwich before ruffling through the papers, trying to find the audition paper. Once she did, she held it up to him, smiling. "Yup," She replied. "There'd really be no point in coming here if I didn't, of course." Silently, she looked over the lines on the papers, and then at the short song on the last page; that would be the hardest part. Immediately, her cheeks flushed red. "Let's... just work on the lines..." She insisted in her embarrassment. "I... don't think that you would want to hear me sing." She giggled, nervously. He would probably rip his eardrums out if he heard that.
