Earth: Sean's Estate
Aliana sat in an alcove, looking out one of the many windows in Sean Walker's estate. The room was big, but cozy, all four walls lined with rows upon rows of books. She held one in one hand, her fingers caught between the pages. She'd heard the gates open and saw her brother drive up the driveway in his Mercedes Benz. A car that he never even purchased. Same as this mansion. Sighing softly, Aliana-- No, she was now called Corissa Walker, sister of Sean Walker, but keeper of Taran; an heir to Concordia. She hated deceiving him, but she only agreed to the proposal in order to be free of her master, Scythe. She shuddered just thinking of him. The man was evil; just like the rest of the men who now called themselves the true leaders of Concordia. In her honest and most private opinion, Corissa still believed King Harel to be the true king. Not Valius Pendus and his little minions. She still hoped for the day when the lost brothers would be united with their sister, Sorcha. It would be a marvelous and most joyous day, indeed!
Standing from the alcove, Corissa places the book down and stretches before exiting the library. It was time to play as 'sister' and maybe even see if the man was hungry. She was starving! Smiling and walking through the mansion and it's halls, she reached the front door and opened it, and waited for Sean.
Sorcha, Saige, and Masaharu
Coughing and sputtering, Sorcha felt a pair of hands pull her from the vine's grasp and onto dry land. Water from the sky fell on her though, the storm having reached the point of it's rage. Thunder clapped loudly, bringing her fully awake and sitting up. She saw the faces of two strangers: one male and the other female. Blinking, her eyes big and frightened as a doe, she stands up, feeling a bit wobbly from the recent lack of oxygen. Lightning flashed, causing her to jump. She was obviously a little skittish and not at all sure what do with herself. The pair were wearing odd clothing, but the male had a sword sheathed to his waist. How odd. Earth people carried swords around? Perhaps, she should've studied the people here a little better. That would have taken time though, too much time she and her brothers didn't have. Still, though-- it would've helped. Looking at the two, she steps back a step, feeling the ground shake from another loud clap of thunder. Should she run? No. Too cowardly. She was here for a reason and maybe these two could help her. Crossing her arms, she rubbed them, wanting to be out of this storm. Nature was the same in both Concordia and Earth, it seemed.
She looked to the pond behind her, and then back to the strangers standing before her. Should she say something? Did they even speak the same language? Well, only one way to find out. Chewing on her lower lip, she takes that step back towards them, shuddering when thunder sounded again with a bolt of lightning flashing with it. "Could you direct me to the nearest-- Inn? I am in need of shelter for the night and perhaps a little bit of dry clothing." Her voice was soft, her words proper and well spoken.
