Hello. I hope this is the right place for me to ask a few question about the FRCS... If not, I apologize.

I've been thinking about using this system in a fantasy roleplay,(It seems fairly simple to use, and I especially like the limit on how much you can carry.) but I'm not completely certain about a few points.
Firstly, how exactly does carrying too much affect your speed? Does it subtract points at certain increments, or are we just suppose to make note that we are slowed down? (Also, does having, say, 3 or 4 extra pounds in your backpack subtract an entire point?)
Additionally, I don't quite understand these sentences:
"You, also, cannot regain stats that have been lost unless you have a way to heal. If you have just used your 5 STR ability, and now have 2 pts; but you got hit, you can only return to 4 pts"
If you used a 5 STR ability and had 2 STR left, doesn't that mean that you have 7 STR to begin with, making the highest score you could return to 6? Where did the 4 come from? (I've probably just twisted this one up in my mind, but I just want to make sure!)
