Harley's really an outgoing, extravagant teddy bear in company; up for a few laughs, a witty battle and banter, a spar, swim, hike, you name it and she's game, never one to back away from an adventure or challenge depending on the activity and context.

She loves to tease and prank people. Not in the bully's kind of way but with good intentions and is more than willing to get her own serve back, which is what she hopes for. She stirs the pot in the lightest heart possible. Her humorous personality doesn't end there however. She's the kind that will break into a dance with her headphones on, sing-a-long, give people nicknames, pretend to be lesbian when a girlfriend is getting hit on by that guy she hates and wingman for the lads if need be. She's the kind that doesn't care what people think of her. If they think she's eccentric, a bitch, obnoxious, so be it. Everybody forms different opinions. Because of this more outgoing and shamless nature, she exceeds friend zone and tends to fall into a more of "bro" zone or "sis" zone and that's perfectly fitting for her personality.

According to stereotype, she's either a thief that can't be trusted, which would be half smart, or a total jokester. But how about a thief with morals and dignity. Harley understands time, place and limits and respects these for the most part. Sometimes a good hug or talk is what people need instead and she's more than happy to supply that. Many people find it hard to believe a thief can have morals and dignity or that she even tries to fight those kleptomania tendencies. Normally, Harleen doesn't care much for what people say or think, but if someone comes to her assuming the worse, or that she stole a misplaced item, shit gets personal. While she's stolen before and still got that thief's gift, she doesn't want to be defined by her Hermes and she shouldn't be.

It's true her powers can be troublesome and she can have the overwhelming urge to make a bit of trouble.
