Personality: Thane Draco is a rookie that just doesn't care about following rules. He thinks rules were made to be broken, and is often caught breaking whatever rules he's playing with. A natural born liar, trouble maker and ladies man he does everything he thinks is fun.
He can be a loyal friend but most people think him to be a thorn in their side due to his unflinching ability to keep everyone at arms length. Most of these people that he keeps away are mostly what he veiws as 'obedient' little servants to the high powers. Hypocrite that he is, he also likes to serve the high powers and finds it a thrill to doing some else's dirty work. Causing chaos, trouble and mayhem is what he does best.

Powers: Thane Draco has some malipulation over fire, not a lot, but he can control a small flicker of it. He can definitely scare someone with it if they're a vamp and are standing in close proximity to him. That's basically how he uses it and is very reckless when it comes to having fun. He's practically grown use to coming within close calls (he's caught fire so many times) and having to stamp out the fire that's attached itself to his sleeve. 1 to 10, 10 being having a strong control over this, and 1 having very weak control of this, he's about a 5.
