Personality

Personality: He mostly keeps to himself, reading his books, writing in his journal, or playing with his dog, Sparky. When he does speak to other people, he's straight to the point. Sometimes his curiosity gets the better of him, putting them both in danger.

Alchemic Abilities:

Lightning Alchemy: By use of alchemy, Tora is able to force the hydrogen molecues in the air to freeze and clash to genatrating sparks, which when concentrated, form a bolt of electricty. On a higher note, when there are clouds above him he can chage them to thunderclouds, which rain bolts of lightning randomly at the ground, or when activated, his daggers.

History

History: He childenhood was a normal one, up until he showed that he had a talent for alchemy. Even then his parents were not afraid of him, maybe because all he ever did was make toys for himself, but kind and loving. The time when his parents first became scared was on his 13 birthday. He had brought a badly injured puppy into the house begging his parents to save it. They manage to patch it up, but the dog's heart had stop beating. His parents gave up, but he didn't. He ran to it and begin hugging tightly. At that moment, a flash of light went up, which when cleared, the dog was alive. Tora had managed to create a spark inside the dogs heart, jump-starting it. That was the beginning of his parent fear of him, the fear that if he could give life, he could also take it away.

Their fear was proven right 2 years later. While have a nightmare, Tora accidentally preformed alchemy. Causing a lightning bolt to crash into the house, or more specificly the boiler. The boiler instantly exploded, disintegrating half the house, and his parents, and setting fire to the rest. Tora woke up but was knocked unconscious by a falling piece of wood. Sparky, the dog he saved and adopted, dragged his body out of the house and on to the lawn.

He has lived alone ever since, not staying in a city long, always moving. All the while Tora trained to better master his alchemy. To this day, he still doesn't have complete control over it.
