An artistic and critical marksman, with an unoptomistic mind-set towards the creative arts.
Felix has an impulsive and critical need for the fine arts, he appreciates all forms of artistic or musical ventures, but is probably the world's biggest critic when he isn't impressed by it. Felix will often go out of his way to tell someone they did something wrong, but is often clueless on the subject of how to fix it. With his critical mind-set, it brings with it his uncanny ability to plan his objectives quickly and easily, usually utilized to avoid people who recognize him that he simply cannot stand. He is a creative mind in his own respect, and is easily distracted by declared pieces of art. Felix also has an avid detestation for large bodies of water, of which he attempts to bypass whenever he is near one. His hatred of water is probably the most dominant of all of his traits, and is always present.
Skills:
Level 1: His endurance is very developed, and his cardiovascular resistance is incredibly powerful. He can run as far of a distance as twenty kilometers without stopping, nor show signs of slowing down.
Equipment:
Level 0: T-shirt
Level 0: Jeans
Level 0: Black hobo gloves
Level 0: Scarf
Level 0: pen/pencils
Level 0: Ink
Level 1: Crossbow - generally anything solid can be shot out of it, but fires crossbow bolts with the greatest velocity. Like any weapon of it's kind, without ammo, it is useless.
Felix grew up with inattentive parents, of whom had no time to truly spend time with their child. In the end, he was raised by his own pen and pencil, and grew up learning and appreciating art. At school, he would have races and marathons with his friends in an attempt to release some of his pent-up need for attention, and quickly became a primed marathon runner. Until the age of 12, Felix never had contact with large bodies of water. His parents finally had the time to spend with him, and with the purest of intent, brought him out to sail. In the end, they had failed to account for the weather, leaving one broken boat, two parents crushed between the wreckage of a ship, and one 12-year old drifting in stormy seas back towards shores. The event scarred him for life, and he quickly decided to abstain from contact with the sea and ocean when his mind was straight.
Upon reaching the age of 14, he took use of the money he inherited from his parents to move out. His problem, however, was finding a job to keep him there. Opening up an art shop after finding a "free to rent" building just outside downtown, Felix scrounged up enough money for living accommodations, food and personal possessions through a small public.
Once war had begun, however, everything fell apart. There was nobody who had time to stop by and chat, nobody wanted to come by and spend some spare money on art; they were all struggling for survival, as was Felix. Abandoning the apartment and the shop, he took refuge underground to avoid much contact with anyone else, deciding to take a break from art so that he could survive. Using his 'artsy' creativity, he made himself a crossbow to defend himself with, and essentially taught himself that nearly anything could be used as a bolt to fire.
