Setting
The people who occupy Sector 3 are on the lower side of middle class. While properties start to become nicer and cleaner, almost the entire sector is filled with townhouses made to accommodate 8-10 people each. It's almost like a maze of worn brick, with all the buildings and such looking the same. Vegetation begins to become more prominent in Sector 3, with the occasional flower or tree. The water here is clean enough to drink.
Since Sector 3 is so crowded with homes, the residents usually travel by bus to Sector 5's market to buy food and supplies. The water in this sector is drinkable, though still rather disgusting. The roads are pavement once again, but are much better kept than in Sector 2. Buses service this area in it's completion.
