General Appearance: Jeph is fairly tall, about 6'2", owing to his German background. His skin is rather pale, almost to the point of translucence, and reveals that he has very little muscle. He is rather lanky and non-proportional, with long limbs and a rail-thin body. He has almost no facial hair, but tries his damndest to grow a pair of meager, almost-invisible sideburns. He is very self-conscious of the way he looks, having grown up always being called 'twiggy' or 'railspike'.

Dressing Style: Jeph dresses in a very "last minute" style, with a arbitrarily chosen shirt bearing either a cog insignia of his own design, or the name of a band no one has heard of, a pair of worn looking jeans, a cloth belt, running shoes, and a watch which he almost never removes. Occasionally, he gels his hair up so that the red tips make his head look as though it were dipped in blood, but oftentimes he wears it down, where it covers his eyes and makes it difficult to tell what he's looking at. He wears a pair of dark-tinted goggles from the former Soviet Russia around his neck, but almost never wears them over his eyes for reasons most people are unsure of.

Minor Details

Pets: Jeph has a pet cornsnake he calls Avogadro, and when he's sitting in his dorm room, he usually allows Avogadro to drape around his neck, or slither around his bed.
Equipment: Jeph has a laptop he keeps in a messenger bag he carries with him, and also keeps a length of AV wire in case he feels the need to hook said laptop up to a television rather than staring at the screen.

Personality: Jeph has a very hectic personality, switching between running constantly and doing insane amounts of work, to being relaxed to the point that almost nothing can get him moving again. He has a fairly high intellect, which he uses to his advantage in avoiding work, in addition to his natural persuasiveness, which he also uses to avoid work. He tries to get people to see things his way, and if they refuse, he tends to keep trying until they conform. He is fond of popping out of electronics in the middle of other's classes for the sole purpose of spreading chaos and confusion among the populace.

History

Family: Christoph Deprecor: Vampire, owner of a small computing firm; Saphira Deprecor: Succubus, owner of a casino.
Family History: Jeph's family started in the 1990's, when his father met his mother in a crowded nightclub frequented by people who were 'into the occult'. After Jeph was born, they were wed (not in a church, obviously), and then went to seperate, yet close, towns. They did not get a divorce, but know that their hectic schedules wouldn't make living in the same home easy. Jeph has fairly good relations with both of them, as they all view family life as yet another business venture.

Personal History: Once his powers emerged, Jeph no longer had to endure long, awkward drives to and from the various houses that were occupied by both parents. He quickly began using his powers to make mischief, as well as to find various means of sneaking out of the house and find other things to do. His father tried a more lackdaisical approach to parenting, wheras his mother was more strict. Thusly, he learned how to play both sides to the middle for his own ends.

Magical History: His father has the same technopathy he does, which is where he obtained that aspect of himself. His mother, however, has elemental control. It is theroized among his family that, since his body lacked the proper receptors for the elemental control, it was expressed instead in his electric transportation. What is unclear, however, is why his body would lack the recepetors for the ability in the first place.
