History: Kutzkey was born in 1970 and grew up in Soviet Russia. He hails from the city of St. Petersburg, as he grew up to be a devoted communist, which he was when he was but a small boy. When he grew up however he learned that communisim doesn't pay as well as crime. He grew up to be a regular thug with his buddies as they terrorized the back streets and allleyways of St. Petersburg. However when he became of an older age his father forced into military service as he was when he was a younger man. Against his wishes Kutzkey grudingly went through military life, the only hting he like about it where the guns. Kutzkey took to them like a fish to water, as he learned all that he could from contructing guns, to maintaining them, and of course using them. When Communisim fell in Russia, Kutzkey immedeatly left the military and resumed his criminal intrests once more. Kutzkey radically evolved from beating up victims to shooting them. He loved shooting people and soon he made a career of it by having people pay him money to shoot up a targeted individual. It started out from small favor to a lucrative buisness where everyone want Kutzkey to come over and deal with a little problem on their behalf. The money he earned as well as his reputation got him out of Russia and into the United States where he continued to be a hitman for anyone who has enough money to pay him. Kutzkey was captured however by a ingenious ruse set up by Interpol which landed him into a New York State Penintentiary. From there however he was to be moved to a maximum security cell at Riker's Island, unfortunately during the transfer Xavier Graham made a daring escape that caught everyones attention as more inmates made a break for it. During the commotion Kutzkey slipped out unnoticed by the guards as he to escaped into New York City. Although the manhunt for Xavier Graham is the FBI's top priority, the recapaturing of Kutzkey Abramovich is a secondary objective on the FBI's agenda.
