Setting
This fallout shelter is home to Slasher. He knows some of the researchers and medics that still work at this facility. These guys like to stay under the radar as they're doing some freaky testing that might violate state, federal, and worldly laws. However, if they're successful, these guys might just develop a 'cure' for radiation poisoning. Or, even better, create a way to avoid the affects of radiation.
Right now, the ERO, the Knighthood of Blood, and Pandora are looking for these guys. If Pandora finds them, they'll be dead. If the ERO find them, they'll be arrested for inhuman conduct and unlawful research and practices. If the KoB finds them? Well, there odds of survival are at the greatest. But, for the sake of mankind, it's best to not let anyone know just where these brilliant minds are, okay?
