Personality
Eri is definitely the bunny. She is a sweet, naive, ball of energy. She is great to have around. She's constantly smiling, and making others smile. Her carefree, laid back attitude makes her easy to get along with. Shes quite cheerful and very outgoing, although not obnoxiously so. It's easy to be captivated by her bright, fun nature. She makes friends easily, mostly because she isn't afraid to approach anyone. She is somewhat naive, believing everyone has the potential to be just as sweet and outgoing as her.
Especially with the other zodiacs, she is very affectionate and loving. Eri just loves to be with other people, and make them happy. Even if she has to get hurt in the process- so long as her loved ones are happy, so is she. She is very accepting of other people's flaws, and won't hesitate to look over even the darkest of qualities.

❝Who I Am❞

History
Erik's past isn't as bright as she is. Her mother and her father had been childhood friends, but split apart in their late teens. They met up again when they were twenty five, and her father was already married to another woman. They had an affair for about a month, until her father decided he was done with her mother. He left her, just as she found out she was pregnant. Convinced she could raise a child on her own, she stubbornly didn't tell him until when she was born. She held her beautiful little girl in her arms, but suddenly her little girl was gone, and in the place of her was a little white bunny with big blue eyes. She screamed, and threw the bunny away from her in shock.
Luckily her father found out about her birth and begrudgingly had to come and explain the curse to the woman. He would send money once a month, but had no interest in his daughter. Her mother rejected the girl, and was hardly able to look at her. She blamed the sweet little girl for her father abandoning them.

When she was seven, her mother snapped. She was done with having this monstrosity in her life. She stabbed the girl ten times in her stomach, and left her to die. Luckily Kutaki found her, and saved her from bleeding to death.
The girl completely blocked this memory from her mind and grew up innocent and sweet, despite odds being against her. She never saw her mother or her father again, although part of her still wonders how they are, and if they've started a new family.

Thoughts on Other Characters

Keiko Sohma

Eri respects Keiko. She looks up to her, and sees her the most because they have classes together. She likes to try to brighten up her day whenever she seems a little overworked, she won't hesitate to offer a helping hand.

Nozomu Sohma

Eri, unlike most of the zodiac, considers him family. When she was younger, she saw the head if the family in his face, demeaning him, and quickly ran into the room. She calmly told the head that he was part of the family, and that she loved him like any other Sohma. The head struck her hard, and focused on her, allowing the cat to leave and avoid a beating.

Satoshi Sohma

Eri loves all of the zodiac, but with Satoshi it's. . . different. Although not at all in a bad way. They have been very close since they were children, and she very quickly recognized that the cold, withdrawn part of him was just a mask. She has never been frightened by him in the slightest, and she will go out of her way to prove to him that he is useful and loved. Eri's acceptance and endless patience makes it easy for him to relax. She loves to be in his presence.

Koji Sohma

Eri loves Koji. He is so lighthearted and fun, she just loves hanging out or cuddling with him. They get along great, and she definitely looks up to him.

Masaru Sohma

Like with Satoshi, Eri soon picked up on his charming mask. She adores him, and is elated whenever he cuddles with her or brings her along when he goes out of the Sohma residence. She respects him a lot, and like with Koji, she looks up to him.

Kutaki Sohma

Kutaki is a mother to her. After her mother tried to kill her then left her, Kutaki took Eri in as her own. She is very affectionate with her, and will blindly follow her without hesitation. Kutaki has her full adoration and respect, and looks to her like she hung the stars and the moon.

Seiki Sohma

Eri and Seiki get along wonderfully. Since both of them as so loving and trusting when it comes to their family, they can be quite similar. Whenever she notices him starting to get a little worked up, she will quickly go over and calm him down before he gets upset.

So begins...

Keiko Sohma

Keiko looked at the clock, a rare habit for her, but it had been more than a week since she was even remotely able to see Raiden. She glanced behind her, wondering if the smaller girl, Eri, was going to visit as well. "And with that," the teacher finalized, "have a safe weekend. I expect you all to be ready on Monday for any possible quizzes." There wasn't much to worry about in terms of quizzes for Keiko ... but she figured it would be safe to study everything they did this week again ... just incase.

The bells sounded, and Keiko quickly, but gently, gathered her things and put them in an organized order in her bag. A tap on the shoulder startled her and a glance behind her revealed it to be Shou, one of her good male friends ... also gay, the main reason she was okay with him being near her. He was quickly followed up by Arisa, Kimmi, Lee and Kito, all people who hung out with Keiko cause they were her friends, not people who did everything she asked. "I'm working at my uncle's place for a but tonight," Shou said, grabbing Keiko's arm gently. "So I can walk you to the gate of your place if you want."

"That's sweet, Shou. I would love that." Keiko smiled, actually leading the way for once. "I'm in somewhat of a hurry, so sorry if I walk to fast." The two, including the other four kids, walked to the front gate where Arisa, Kimmi and Kito went one way and Keiko, Shou and Lee went the other. Lee was Keiko's walking partner usually, but it was nice to have Shou tag along once in a while.

Keiko waved as the two boys walked away. They were almost tripping over one another trying to wave and walk backwards at the same time. She pushed the button then opened the gate, after they identified her of course. "Welcome home, Miss Keiko," a maid greeted her a little further down.

"Hello. I'm going to see Raiden, so ... if it wouldn't be to much to ask ... can you have my bag taken to my house? I know mine and his houses are close, but I wouldn't want to forget." The maid simply nodded before turning off with Keiko's bag. Keiko followed her until the path branched off to Raiden's or other houses.

Once again, she was greeted at the door by more maids. "Is he in? I came to visit." One older one nodded and took Keiko towards a door she had known all to well.

"Wait here, I'll announce you." The maid slipped in, and closed the door behind her. Keiko could hear a muffled, "Keiko is here to see you sir," from inside.

I hope he's well enough to see me today ...

Eri Sohma

Eri stared at the clock blankly, willing it to move faster. There was no trace of her signature bright smile, that could light up a room. She had been off all day, and could feel it getting worse. It was rare that she felt like this, and didn't want anyone to see her this way. She didn't want to bring anyone down with her. Unlike Keiko, she had no intention of visiting the head of the family. Right now, she planned on isolating herself as much as possible.
As soon as the bell rang, she quickly stood up and hurried out of the classroom. Usually, she would linger and happily socialize with her peers.

She hurried out of the school, her ocean blue eyes glued to the floor and her stomach churned. Not paying attention, she bumped into Satoshi in her rush to leave the high school. She was almost knocked right onto her bum when her small body hit the solid wall of a male. "Sorry, Satoshi." She told him quickly, glancing up at him for a moment and hoping he didn't catch the growing distress and terror growing in her eyes as she practically ran into the woods that were the opposite way to the house.
Not even paying attention, she hurriedly walked until she couldn't hear people anymore. Throwing her bag against a tree, she slid to the ground and tucked her knees against her chest.

Her second curse, she called it. The curse she earned for not being good enough for her mother. She would have flashes of the woman's face, and relive the trauma of her trying to kill the little bunny over and over again.
Eri's hands wrapped around herself, digging into her skin, grabbing at her hair as her breathing sped up. She could see her mother's face- the hate in her eyes. Her hand slid under her shirt, to the scars on her stomach as a soft, painful noise escaped her. Her eyes shut tightly, as she trembled. Her nails dug into her skin, as she buried her face in her hands and heard her mother's hateful cries in her mind over, and over again.

"...So, you see, if you follow this formula, the result is eight because..." As the last class on Friday afternoons, the last thing that a student wants to deal with is math class, especially a math class where the teacher insists on teaching right up to the bell. Students were already fidgeting, no longer taking down notes, slowly zipping up their bags, eyes trained on the slowly ticking clock right above the door. The last person one would expect to still be diligently writing down the lecture, pencil making neat work of the formula in their notebook would be one of the school's sports players. It was a bit of a stereotype, yes, but true often enough to be a fact. Unless, of course, the athlete happened to be Satoshi Sohma whose concentration was fully on the teacher as he scribbled more numbers on the board.

The bell finally rang, a wave of relief hitting the class as they all rushed from their seats, making a great ruckus as they rushed out the door, all but ignoring their teacher's exclamation about a quiz Monday. In contrast, Satoshi was almost reluctant to put his school work away, taking his sweet time packing everything neatly in his bag. It wasn't that he adored school or anything, but it was much better than the alternative. With no games this weekend, no practice, no school work, he had no excuse to stay away from the Sohma compound. The very thought was almost painful, casting a dark cloud over his weekend. Satoshi slung his bag over his shoulder, making his way out of the classroom.

As he began to walk through the sea of students, a familiar, tiny blond bumped into him, almost tumbling over at the impact. Eri Sohma squeaked an apology, a look of pain painted on her normally sweet, cheerful face(that was not an opinion, it was a statement of fact. No one could deny that the Sohma girl was sweet) before running off to parts unknown.

"Ah..." He paused, watching her disappear into the crowd of students. Well, all right then.

"Hey, Satoshi!" He stopped in the middle of the hall, turning his head to face the person speaking to him. Far from being jostled as he stood by students trying to leave, they parted around him. Whether it be out of fear due to his old reputation or respect for his new one, he couldn't be sure and didn't bother to wonder about. It's not like he cared about any of these people

It was the gym teacher, Endo-Sensei, waving eagerly at him as he jogged over, a broad grin on his face. Endo wasn't the atypical gym teacher; he was overly enthusiastic about his job, eager to help students(especially those who didn't want any), and had a perpetual almost obnoxious can-do attitude.

"Have you set up a tutoring session with Chayme yet?" Ah, yes, Chayme Reed, the newest cause of Satoshi's irritation. He wasn't quite sure how someone could be failing gym class, but Chayme had managed it. Which was why Edo-Sensei had suggested extra-credit in the form of tutoring sessions(gym tutoring sessions. It was almost enough to make Satoshi laugh. Almost) with the school's resident athlete extraordinaire; Satoshi "the Beast" Sohma. Who, of course, had agreed because he was getting some extra credit out of it as well. It wasn't that he needed it, but the temptation of doing even better, giving his grades even a little bit of a boost, was too much for the perfectionist to ignore.

"Not yet, Endo-Sensei," He admitted, voice deep and stoic as always, face pulled into its typical emotionless mask. Oh, they'd talked before, if you could really call it talking. It had been extremely awkward, neither wanting to really talk to the other except a quick acknowledgement that they had to work together some time in the future. "I can go do that now." It was apparently what the teacher had been hoping for, given the wide grin covering his face.

"Excellent! Have a great weekend, Satoshi!" With that, Satoshi was left alone in the halls. Well, at least he didn't have to go straight home...

Finding out where Chayme was was a bit of a hassle. Apparently he'd already left, nursing an injury from gym class. Satoshi mentally snorted. He had his work cut out for him between Chayme's reluctance to do anything that required effort and his apparently inability to do anything exercise related. However, he did find him eventually, walking away from the park near the school.

"Hey, Reed," He called out, voice blunt and almost harsh as he caught up. "We need to talk." Ugh, talking to people. This was someone more socially inclined than Satoshi.
